About Jacqueline

Jacqueline is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R) in Florida and New York with more than two decades of clinical experience in marriage and family therapy and adolescent treatment. Bilingual and bicultural with Colombian roots, she has worked extensively with Latino youth and families in New York and with bicultural families across South Florida.

She completed post-graduate training at the renowned Ackerman Institute for the Family, where she collaborated with Peggy Papp on adolescent depression and family-systems research. Her work uses a multigenerational, multisystemic family framework, and she is a SIFI-certified supervisor, a Certified Domestic Violence Clinician, and a Certified HIV Rapid Testing Counselor.

Throughout her career Jacqueline has trained therapists and graduate candidates, offering compassionate, culturally responsive therapy in both English and Spanish that honors each client’s background, language, and values.
