  • A credit card is kept on file to hold your appointment time.
  • Payment is collected at the time of service through our secure, HIPAA-compliant client portal.
  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus HSA and FSA cards.
  • A detailed monthly “superbill” is available on request for out-of-network reimbursement.
  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to the full session fee.
